Roger P. Jackson, M.D.

I take a conservative approach to each specific case, tailoring surgical needs to their diagnosis.” Dr. Jackson is certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery (since 1979) and is an active member of national and international spine societies. Dr. Jackson is fellowship trained and limited his practice to the surgical management of spinal disorders in January of 1986.

David K. Ebelke, M.D.

Dr. Ebelke completed his spine fellowship at the University of Kansas Medical Center with Drs. Marc Asher and Roger Jackson. He specializes in treating disorders of the lumbar spine. Dr. Ebelke is certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery (since 1988) and is an active member of several spine organizations and a life member of the Air Force Academy Association of Graduates. He is an Ironman and also runs marathons.

Michael Vierthaler, FNPC

Michael Vierthaler, R.N., MSN, FNP-Board Certified. Mr. Vierthaler graduated from the Research College of Nursing and is Board Certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner through ANCC since 1999. Mr. Vierthaler limited his practice to the evaluation and treatment of spinal disorders since 2003. He works closely with both Dr. Jackson and Dr. Ebelke in the clinic setting and in surgery at North Kansas City Hospital.
